кому: ameman : Yeah ever since the late 90's they have been altering the perception of heavy lifting. Most video and photographers are just trying to capture an image, and they don't feel it has the same effect if it's 25lbs curls. side-note: Ever since the folding of Jean Pierre Faux where he blew out both his knees squatting too much real weight for a photoshoot.
