As for the dangers of high volume enemas, google 'study on soapy enemas'. There's an excellent research paper on the topic of high volume enemas that concludes that the dangers are mythical.

Two to three litres of normal saline should be just fine, if uncomfortable, for most people.

They are accurate. I'd caveat that by pointing out I'm using old-school glass labware and am injecting into an unpredictable and inherently leaky pressure container. I must point out that the litre-levels are the volume of the normal saline, NOT the wine (that much wine would be dangerous).

About how real are the written quantities usually? Often there’s 2000-3000 ml written in some of your videos. That’s quite a lot. And if I once try with my gf, I don’t want to take risks/do dangerous quantities.
